Screening
Applicants begin by submitting Google Forms, which are designed to collect structured data. Next, a GPT-like script screens the entire inbox to pre-approve suitable applicants.
Reviewing
Subsequently, recruiters review the pre-approved inbox to finalize the list of candidates. The automated system then sends an SMS and email containing a link for the candidate to schedule an interview slot.
Interviewing
